What's next?

1. We search an installer

Vaillant will search an installer in your region that is able to install the product your are interested in.

2. Installer contacts you

Once we have found a suitable installer, the installation company will contact you to either schedule an appointment or assess the situation remotely.

3. Receive a quote

Once the installation company has all the information, they will send a quote with all the information regarding your new system.

4. Installation

Once you have agreed to the quote, the installation company will install one of our products. Need maintenance? This installer will be your point of contact.

Do you have any questions?

Once we have assigned you to an installer, you can ask all of your questions to the installation company. They will be your point of contact during this process and will be able to answer all of your questions regarding our products.
